About me
Welcome! I’m Ioana, a Clinical Psychologist, Psycho-Oncologist, and Psychotherapist dedicated to supporting people who seek a deeper understanding of themselves, a more balanced life, and healthier, more fulfilling relationships with their loved ones.
I have always been fascinated by what drives us to make certain decisions, how our life experiences shape us, and how we can find meaning even in the most difficult moments. Psychology was not my first career path, but I have always enjoyed working with and alongside people. This explains the nearly 20 years I spent in Human Resources before embracing the profession of psychology.
My mission is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can be your authentic self, explore solutions to the challenges you are facing, discover new perspectives, and build a healthier relationship with yourself and those around you.
I also accompany individuals living with cancer as they engage with the experience of illness, offering support throughout every stage of diagnosis and care.
Through psychological support tailored to your needs, I will be alongside you as you move toward the clarity and balance you are seeking.
