I also work with individuals who experience anxiety, depressive states, inner restlessness, or the feeling that life’s pressures can sometimes become overwhelming. Often, these experiences are accompanied by relational difficulties—repeated conflicts, fear of rejection, communication challenges, or the sense that the same patterns keep appearing in important relationships. In therapy, we can explore these experiences together and reflect on their meaning, helping you gain a deeper understanding of what is happening within you and what you truly need.
